Steps to Prepare and Eat
Open the Outer Packaging: Remove the outer yellow plastic wrapper from the pack.
Access the Tray: Take out the internal plastic tray, which is sealed with a foil cover.
Peel the Foil: Use a spoon or your hands to peel back the foil cover.
Take Out Contents: Remove the included spoon (plastic or paper) and the chutney sachet from inside the tray.
Add the Chutney: Pour the liquid/sauce chutney over the dry puffed rice and namkeen mix. Tip: You may want to add half the chutney first and mix to taste, as adding all of it at once can make the puffed rice soft or overly sweet depending on your preference.
Mix Well: Thoroughly stir the ingredients right inside the tray until the puffed rice and namkeen are evenly coated.
Enjoy: Eat immediately with the provided spoon so the bhel stays crunchy.
