We deliver throughout Japan using Sagawa Express and Japan Post.<\/p>\n

2. Shipping Fees and Conditions:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Dry Goods Parcels (up to 20kg):<\/li>\n
  • Free delivery on purchases over \u00a57,000 (including tax).<\/li>\n
  • For orders below \u00a57,000, a \u00a5800 delivery fee will be charged per parcel.<\/li>\n
  • Excludes Okinawa \u2013 see separate Okinawa policy below.<\/li>\n
  • Cool\/Temperature-Controlled Parcels:<\/li>\n
  • Free delivery on purchases over \u00a53,000 (including tax).<\/li>\n
  • For orders below \u00a53,000, a \u00a51,000 delivery fee will be charged per parcel.<\/li>\n
  • Excludes Okinawa \u2013 see separate Okinawa policy below.<\/li>\n
  • Okinawa Delivery:<\/li>\n
  • No free delivery options are available for Okinawa. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated based on the parcel size and delivery service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service:<\/b><\/p>\n

    If you select COD as your payment method, a \u00a5300 COD fee will be added to your order.<\/p>\n

    4. Order Dispatch and Processing Times:<\/b><\/p>\n

    • Orders placed by 11:59 AM will be dispatched the same day, pending confirmation.<\/li>\n
    • Orders require confirmation before dispatch, and processing times may vary based on inventory availability or unforeseen issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Scan our QR code, and transfer the exact amount.<\/li>\n

      • Transfer the exact amount, and any transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n

        6. Delivery Time Estimates:<\/b><\/p>\n

        • Standard delivery times vary by region, typically arriving within 2\u20135 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.<\/li>\n
        • Okinawa and remote islands: Delivery may take additional time, based on the carrier\u2019s schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Tracking Information:<\/b><\/p>\n

          Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or message so you can monitor your parcel\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n

          8. Failed Delivery Attempts:<\/b><\/p>\n

          If the delivery service attempts delivery but cannot reach you, they will leave a notification. Please follow up directly with the carrier to reschedule delivery. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur a reshipping fee if you request redelivery.<\/p>\n

          9. Shipping Restrictions:<\/b><\/p>\n

          For special or restricted items (e.g., fragile goods, oversized packages), delivery options may be limited, and additional charges may apply. We will inform you of any changes before confirming the order.<\/p>\n

          10. Damaged or Missing Items:<\/b><\/p>\n

          If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photographs if possible. We will work with you to arrange for replacements or refunds, as applicable.<\/p>\n
