1. Delivery Coverage:

We deliver throughout Japan using Sagawa Express and Japan Post.

2. Shipping Fees and Conditions:

  • Dry Goods Parcels (up to 20kg):
  • Free delivery on purchases over ¥7,000 (including tax).
  • For orders below ¥7,000, a ¥800 delivery fee will be charged per parcel.
  • Excludes Okinawa – see separate Okinawa policy below.
  • Cool/Temperature-Controlled Parcels:
  • Free delivery on purchases over ¥3,000 (including tax).
  • For orders below ¥3,000, a ¥1,000 delivery fee will be charged per parcel.
  • Excludes Okinawa – see separate Okinawa policy below.
  • Okinawa Delivery:
  • No free delivery options are available for Okinawa. Applicable shipping fees will be calculated based on the parcel size and delivery service.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Service:

If you select COD as your payment method, a ¥300 COD fee will be added to your order.

4. Order Dispatch and Processing Times:

  • Orders placed by 11:59 AM will be dispatched the same day, pending confirmation.
  • Orders require confirmation before dispatch, and processing times may vary based on inventory availability or unforeseen issues.

5. Payment Instructions:

  • PayPay Payments:
  • Scan our QR code, and transfer the exact amount.
  • After payment, share a screenshot of both the PayPay receipt and your order email with us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • Bank Transfer Payments:
  • Transfer the exact amount, and any transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
  • Share screenshots of both your order email and bank transfer receipt with us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.

6. Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Standard delivery times vary by region, typically arriving within 2–5 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Okinawa and remote islands: Delivery may take additional time, based on the carrier’s schedule.

7. Tracking Information:

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or message so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the delivery service attempts delivery but cannot reach you, they will leave a notification. Please follow up directly with the carrier to reschedule delivery. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur a reshipping fee if you request redelivery.

9. Shipping Restrictions:

For special or restricted items (e.g., fragile goods, oversized packages), delivery options may be limited, and additional charges may apply. We will inform you of any changes before confirming the order.

10. Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photographs if possible. We will work with you to arrange for replacements or refunds, as applicable.
